Tim Cook, CEO of Kansas City-based Shick Esteve, is the CEO of Linxis Group, the parent company of Bakon, Diosna, Shick Esteve (Laramore), Unifiller and VMI, located respectively in The Netherlands, Germany, US, Canada and France.  They serve the industrial food, beverage and healthcare industries in more than 100 countries.  

 Cook is a 20-year baking industry veteran with more than three decades of experience overseeing operations and sales in food manufacturing equipment. He oversaw the design and construction of a new 110,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing center and the addition of the 15,000-sq-ft Linxis North American Technology Center, which opened in 2020. Both facilities are located in Kansas City, MO, where customers from around the world can experience the technology from all Linxis Group brands and other partner companies.

 

Brad Batz, President & CEO of Fike Corporation, is charged with leading the strategy and direction of the company. Recently, he developed a plan for restructuring the company to improve its efficiencies and create a more energized, motivated and synergistic internal culture, all while better serving Fike customers and markets around the world.  Brad also serves on the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Advisory Council for the Bloch School of Business & is a Board Member & Advisory Group Participant for the University of Kansas School of Business in conjunction with the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) at Fort Leavenworth, regarding Supply Chain Management & Logistics.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

 

Dan Hertenstein is a proud founder and owner of National TAB and has spent over 25 years working in the testing and balancing industry. Prior to founding National TAB in 2006, he specialized in designing industrial air pollution control and dilute phase pneumatic convey systems as well as commercial kitchen ventilation systems. Dan also has experience in field installation and project management of HVAC systems, lease negotiations, construction contract review, and construction management of retail space.

Today, Dan is proud to offer a variety of HVAC solutions to over 1,000 projects annually with success rates approaching 100%. He is results-driven, energized by his work, and values preparation, communication, and, above all, transparency. Dan received a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He is a NEBB Certified Professional in air and hydronics and has also secured his Master Mechanical license.
